 Sorting conveyors are designed to allow easy separation of parts from other material such as cast components from gates, runners and sprues. Sorting conveyor troughs are usually gull wing designed to maintain separation, although they can be custom designed to meet your particular needs. Features may include multiple lane troughs, curves, and chutes.
Our sorting equipment has a relatively low or flat vertical stroke, allowing more time for auditing, inspecting, and sorting. Variable speed provides a fast and easy method to adjust the process / feed rate for a wide variety of different parts. There are many options available like sound absorption linings, Side / End gates with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders that reduce harmful noise and allow the operators to change tote boxes without shutting down the unit.
 Extra Heavy Duty Ductile Stabilizers - In further enhancing our conveyors, we feature patented alloyed ductile iron castings for superior strength. They are also equipped with replaceable bushings which lead to lower maintenance costs. Our stabilizers have no flanges for easier and faster installation when stabilizer support ties are used. They are direct replacements for aluminum rocker arms.
